This project required the design, planning consent and construction information for a 3-storey, 4 bedroom home on a very constrained plot.
The remodelling of this bungalow in Southerndown resulted in a stunning home with full sea views.
4m2 extension, removal of structural walls/steel frame insertion, Tiny Tiny Victorian terrace house remodelling
Few sane people would have taken on this semi-derelict set of three small barns with trees growing out of the walls! This ongoing project continues to thrill!
Rear extension to form an enlarged ‘family room’ opening onto the garden and patio

He understood our needs and the critical timing key to successful seamless transition for the company between locations. At the same time our budget was ridiculously tight! We couldn't afford to wait for complex and lengthy local authority negotiations over means of scape and disabled access to this first floor studio space that our agents had warned us of and his negotiations had to be right first time.
