I am pleased to report back that the works have proceeded seamlessly, in an efficient and pleasant manner. Mr Stephen Waldron has advised me that if I have any observations, notes etc on damages, whatever, to report them to yourself now. Happily there are none, save to compliment Mr Waldron on his choice of builder, whom has gone out of his way to minimise disruption and detritus that is inevitably associated with such a project.
